🎽 Bmw E91 Rear Window Heater Not Working

Need help with the rear defroster. I get an error related rear heated window relay. The fuse is not blown, tested each line on the rear window with the volt meter and I see 14v on each line, but it's not defrosting. Looked at the electrical diagram and looks like the relay is built-in into the junction box under the glove compartment! WHY ?? iTrader: ( 0) Local mobile mechanic charged me £40 to clean mine out, works fine now. Local BMW specialist wanted £100+. If you put a compressed air line into the hose by the jets you can blow most of the gunk back into the tank, which is a temp fix until it all settles over the plastic filter again. From what Im beginning to understand, the wiper becomes stuck due to rust, corrosion and lack of grease. this will eventually burn the motor out. Can anyone let me know where to find this? 6. Flush Out The Drain Lines. During the heating season, your furnace can drain off several gallons of water a day. The furnace will quit working if the drain lines become filled with sediment or mold growth. If you see that the drain hose is dirty, remove it and fill it with a mixture of bleach and water. 1. Disconnect both tubes at the end that feeds the nozzles. Clamp one tightly then stick the other one in an air line & a few blasts of compressed air will clean the blockage. Then fill washer bottle with very hot water (no additives) and use the whole bottle up to clear the grunge out. .
